We source locally where we can, bake our own cakes, and make our coffee strong enough to wake you up after a long beach walk. Whether you're popping in for a bacon roll or settling in for a lazy brunch, you're always welcome.
Mornings done right
Start the day properly with a full Welsh breakfast, smashed avo on sourdough, or fluffy pancakes with fresh berries. We do breakfast until noon because nobody should be rushed on holiday.
Our coffee is roasted in small batches by a Welsh roaster, and we always have a pot of proper tea on the go for those who prefer the classics.
Lunchtime
From loaded sandwiches and homemade soups to fresh salads and daily specials, our lunch menu changes with the seasons and whatever looks best at the market that week.
Grab a table by the window, watch the tide come in, and take your time. There's nowhere else you need to be.

Two eggs your way, back bacon, pork sausage, baked beans, grilled tomato, mushrooms, and thick-cut toast. Add black pudding for an extra pound. Everything cooked to order, nothing sitting under a heat lamp.
Ripe avocado smashed with lemon and sea salt on thick-cut sourdough from our local bakery. Topped with two perfectly poached eggs, Aleppo chilli flakes, and a mix of pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Add halloumi or smoked salmon for an extra charge.
Three fluffy American-style pancakes made fresh to order. Piled with seasonal berries, drizzled with real maple syrup, and finished with a generous dollop of whipped cream. The kids go mad for these but we won't judge adults who order them too.
Two poached eggs on a toasted English muffin with honey-roast ham and our homemade hollandaise. Swap the ham for smoked salmon (Royale, +£1.50) or spinach and mushroom (Florentine, same price). Our hollandaise is made from scratch every morning.
Thick-cut smoked back bacon on a fresh white or brown roll. Ketchup and brown sauce on the table. Sometimes the simple things are the best, and this is what half of Pembrokeshire comes in for before hitting the beach.
Our house granola is baked in small batches with oats, almonds, coconut, and honey. Served with thick Greek yoghurt and whatever fruit is best that week. Light, filling, and proper fuel for a coastal walk.
White and brown crab meat from Pembrokeshire boats, mixed with lemon mayo and a pinch of cayenne. Served on sourdough with dressed leaves and crisps. This one's seasonal — when the boats are out, it's on. When they're not, it's off. That's how fresh food works.
Crispy beer-battered cod goujons in a toasted ciabatta with homemade tartare sauce, shredded lettuce, and a side of proper chunky chips. Not the kind from a box. The kind you'd nick off someone else's plate.
Changes daily depending on what we fancy. Could be roast tomato and basil, leek and potato, or butternut squash with a kick of chilli. Always served with doorstop slices of bread and proper Welsh butter. Ask us what's on today.
Golden grilled halloumi on a bed of mixed leaves with roasted Mediterranean veg, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and a honey-mustard dressing. Filling enough for lunch, light enough that you can still fit in a cake afterwards.
Our take on the Welsh classic. A rich sauce of mature cheddar, local ale, English mustard, and Worcestershire sauce, grilled until bubbling on thick sourdough. Served with a little side salad to make you feel virtuous. Add a poached egg on top for £1.50.
Our most popular coffee. Made with a double ristretto shot and silky steamed milk from a Welsh dairy. Oat and soya milk available at no extra charge. We use beans from a small-batch Welsh roaster — bold, smooth, no bitterness.
Proper espresso with steamed milk. Cappuccino comes with a thick layer of foam and a dust of chocolate. Latte is smoother and milkier. Add a flavour shot (vanilla, caramel, hazelnut) for 50p.
A proper pot, not a mug with a sad teabag hanging out of it. Builders brew for the strong stuff, Earl Grey for when you're feeling fancy, or a range of herbals (peppermint, chamomile, green). Comes with milk on the side.
Our version of the classic, baked fresh each morning. Light vanilla sponge, real buttercream, and local strawberry jam. It goes fast, so if you can see it in the counter, grab it.
Dense, fudgy, and made with proper dark chocolate. Warmed up on request and served with a drizzle of chocolate sauce if you're going all in. Also available as a takeaway for the beach.
Moist carrot cake with cinnamon, mixed spice, and raisins, topped with thick cream cheese frosting and crushed walnuts. Probably the most-Instagrammed item on the menu, but it tastes even better than it looks.
A proper Welsh classic — spiced fruit loaf soaked in tea, sliced thick and served with salted Welsh butter. If you haven't tried it before, this is your sign. Your nan would approve.
